6. Plug, Socket and Voltage in Switzerland
In Switzerland the power sockets are of type J SEV 1011 (3-pin), however, European type C CEE 7/16 do fit as well. For all other plugs an adaptor is needed. The standard voltage is 230 V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz.
